Established in 1978 K.G.M., Inc. is a Union Northwest Indiana based company with services encompassing design, general contracting, construction management and design build. We service Illinois, Indiana and Michigan and specialize in retail, restaurants and the hospitality industries.

In the beginning K.G.M., Inc. specialized in high end residential remodeling. After two (2) years of home remodeling a customer asked us to build their retail store at Southlake Mall, Merrillville, Indiana.

The rest is history with a completed project resume that includes well in excess of 2,500 projects.

Services range from simple roll out programs to phased open store remodels, retrofits, Tenant build outs to new ground up construction .

K.G.M., Inc. has built its capabilities on providing our clients a 360 degree formula of customer service. From the projects initial design / budget conceptualization through the development process and construction we partner with our client's to meet their project performance objectives.
