K.G.M., Inc. provides Tenant coordination services to provide continuity from Landlord Date of Possession to Tenant Grand Opening in a timely manner and lease compliant.


  • Manage the design and construction of all tenant related work to ensure lease criteria adherence.

  • Link between tenant and developer to establish open lines of communication between parties.

  • Provide Tenant support with local municipalities to coordinate tenant permitting and inspections.
